TrackIce NB Solar Cell Unit is powered 100% by solar energy and communicates with Narrowband IoT and is therefore not dependent on any type of fixed infrastructure. TrackIce NB Solar Cell Unit supplies power to connected sensors.

Very easy to place
TrackIce NB Solar Cell Unit is a small, very easy to place
unit that enables measurement of, for example, road temperature, conductivity and snow depth in places where you didn’t think it was possible.

Narrowband IoT
The new IoT network is based on the 4G network, which means it has very good protection against interference from other technologies. The technology is future-proof with global standards. The network has coverage of more than 99.9% of Sweden’s population, over 95% of Sweden’s area and will have a data speed of 200kbps.
